Throughout his time at Capital One, Taylor’s work impacted recruiting results as hiring volume increased and diversity results improved on teams under his leadership. During a portion of his tenure at the firm, Taylor was charged with managing human resources for its $3 billion mortgage banking division, delivering recruiting, training, benefits and compensation services.
“We are excited to welcome Bob Taylor to our firm. His experience and success in the corporate world, paired with his talent in the art of executive recruiting, will strengthen our firm’s capacity to continue to meet the needs of our clients,” Jay Meschke, president of EFL Associates states. He adds that Taylor brings a multitude of Fortune 500 contacts to the table, which will aid the firm’s objective to grow on a national level.
Eager to help clients find the right talent and achieve their business goals, Taylor embraces his new role. “At EFL Associates I will be able to continue my passion of recruiting with multiple companies. It is satisfying to work for a firm that values long-term client relationships and has the capability to fulfill a wide range of searches on a local, national and global level,” Taylor explains.
